Moxibustion is a Chinese medical method. It is supposed to have an healing effect and is made of moxa herb. The resulting heat effect from moxa stimulates the body acupuncture points. The mechanism of action of moxibustion is similar to that of acupuncture, and has a complementary therapeutic effect. It has many advantages such as ease-of-use, low cost and relatively significant effect. 

As part as the R&D effort of Breo, this project was about doing the interactive design of the upcoming moxibustion therapy device. From very early stage technical specifications to a fully-developed interface, I've managed and produced the whole design process and set up interaction mechanisms in cooperation with developers.
